Background
ASW specifically targeted this framework to make use of transferable skills in repairs and maintenance and to move into larger, longer duration contracts in a new market with a new client. Numerous contracts have been carried out ranging from smaller balustrading works to a larger £2m plus 18month EWI contract at Llanllienwen in Morriston, Swansea.
Project details
ASW is one of five contractors on this framework to upgrade the City & County of Swansea housing stock. As part of the programme of improving properties up to the Welsh Housing Quality Standard, which is part funded by the Welsh Government, External enveloping works, new kitchens and bathrooms are being installed in properties that need them.
