We are a PAS 2030 / PAS 2035 accredited BBA installer for External Wall Insulation and TrustMark registered, with MCS (Microgeneration Certification Scheme) and RECC accreditation for renewable installations.

Results residents can feel
Our EWI schemes improve both the appearance and the thermal performance of homes. After one recent installation of EWI, roofing and communal doors to five blocks of flats for the Vale of Glamorgan, residents noticed a reduction in heating costs and a marked increase in comfort.
We have completed EWI projects – including roof renewals, loft insulation, rainwater goods and balcony repairs – for clients such as Swansea Council and Bron Afon Community Housing, and we are working with Valleys to Coast on infrared heating with solar PV – and potentially battery storage – as a replacement for gas-fired central heating, together with Intelligent Energy Systems.
Design & Build retrofit
We also deliver retrofit design and assessment projects under Design & Build contracts, keeping tenants and housing associations informed throughout and providing the information every stakeholder needs, when they need it.
