Third-party certified
Our fire safety work is backed by BM TRADA certification for fire stopping, fire door installation and fire door maintenance, alongside our ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certified management systems. Our tradespeople have also trained with NPTC Group of Colleges towards the UK’s first qualification in the installation of fire-resisting timber doors, developed with the British Woodworking Federation.

Replacing non-compliant cladding
We are proud to play our part in replacing the UK’s non-compliant cladding. At Brinley House – a 20-storey residential and retail building in Birmingham – our multi-million-pound remediation contract involves removing the existing external cladding and replacing it with non-combustible cladding compliant with the highest fire standards, alongside wider building safety upgrades. The scheme is funded by the Building Safety Fund in conjunction with Homes England.
Minimal disruption in occupied buildings
Much of our fire safety work takes place in occupied homes and live environments – from remedial fire compartmentation in residential flats with more than 150 residents to fire alarm and compartmentation upgrades across university buildings. Careful planning keeps residents, staff and adjacent spaces safe and informed, with as little disruption as possible.
