I worked as the Employer’s Agent on a project delivered by ASW which involved retrofit design and assessments. The project was undertaken under a Design and Build (D&B) contract, which ASW administered very efficiently.

On behalf of Swansea Council’s Maintenance Service, I would like to formally thank you for your contribution to the General Builders Framework that has supported the delivery of our void properties programme over the past three years.

ASW is a collaborative partner working with us on minor work projects throughout Carmarthenshire.

ASW has been working with Swansea Council delivering the Kitchen and Bathroom Framework. We are very happy with performance on the refurbishment programme. They have consistently met and exceeded our KPI’s. Providing quality of finished works at a high standard with very good customer satisfaction.
