About Us

More than 40 years of repairs, maintenance and facilities management for organisations throughout Wales and the South West.

Established in 1983, ASW has more than 40 years’ experience of providing repairs, maintenance and facilities management services to organisations throughout Wales, mid, south west and southern England.

Our clients include housing associations, local authorities and large commercial clients with major property portfolios. ASW also carries out compliance testing, including electrical, mechanical, fire alarm, EHO and FRA works.

We service in the region of 50,000 social housing properties for reactive, planned (including WHQS upgrades), void and emergency works – delivering approximately 54,000 repair and maintenance orders annually. We also carry out disabled adaptations and refurbishments.
